Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Vegetable Fat, Solvent (INS 422), Humectant (INS 420), Preservative (INS 202), Stabilizer & Emulsifier (INS 466, INS 435), Food Colour (INS 171, INS 151, INS 133, INS 102, INS 129), Nature Identical & Artificial Flavour (Vanilla)

Storage Condition: Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Unused sugar paste should be re-sealed quickly or cling wrapped airtight to prevent drying out. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Store at room temperature

Directions for use: Take the required amount of sugar paste from the pack and knead on a clean and dry surface dusted with tylose powder or corn flour until it reaches a desirable texture. Roll on a non-stick surface (e.g. silicone baking mat). Keep hands, tools and work surfaces completely dry when using sugar paste

Pro Tip: It is extremely important to knead the fondant before use to activate its colour, pliability, smoothness and stretchability
